Inserts a Piece before/after the given neighbor.
insertPiece(neighbor: Piece | null, piece: Piece, after: boolean): void;
neighbor
Neighbor Piece within the PieceStructure for insertion (can only be null if there are no pieces within the PieceStructure).
piece
The Piece to insert.
after
Pass as true to insert after neighbor; false to insert before.
This would be used to moving a Piece object to a specific position in the document structure.
