pointer to a Coded Concept

Returns a pointer to the Coded Concept in the same Context Group that immediately precedes the specified Coded Concept.

Parameter	Description
pCodedConcept	Pointer to a DICOMCODEDCONCEPT structure that specifies a Coded Concept. The function returns a pointer to the structure that specifies the Concept which immediately precedes this Concept (in the same Context Group), if there is one.

!NULL	Pointer to a DICOMCODEDCONCEPT structure that specifies the Coded Concept which immediately precedes the Concept specified by pCodedConcept.
NULL	No Coded Concept precedes the one specified by pCodedConcept. (pCodedConcept is the first Coded Concept in its Context Group.)

You can also use the L_DicomGetCountCodedConcept and L_DicomFindIndexCodedConcept functions to enumerate the Coded Concepts.

Use the L_DicomGetCodedConceptGroup function to determine which Context Group contains a specific Coded Concept.
