Gets the MICR recognition options from the OCR document engine.

Gets the current MICR options used by the OCR document engine.
These options will be used during recognition of the OCR page, if MICROPTIONS2.bUseMicrDetector is TRUE and the page has MICR zones then LEADTOOLS MICR detector algorithm tries to detect if these MICR zone actually have MICR data if not then the engine internally flags that zone to not get recognized.
To update the MICR options, call the L_Doc2SetMICROptions function.
To recognize a page, call the L_Doc2Recognize function.
