bool IsFeatureItemDisabled(String^ featureId)
featureId
The feature which registered System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem objects state will be checked.
true if the System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem registered with the feature is marked to be disabled.
For this to return true the DisableFeature must be called for that feature
