Event data as InteractiveEventArgs.
A boolean indicating whether or not the interactive mode can begin working.
DocumentViewerPageLinksInteractiveMode overrides ImageViewerInteractiveMode.CanStartWork to add an additional check: DocumentViewer.HasDocument must be true.
