PDF Support

The specific set of redistributables needed depends on the functionality of the application being distributed. The following table lists the redistributables needed in order to support the Portable Document Format (PDF).

Leadtools.PdfCompressor	Required for advanced PDF compression functionality. Also requires Leadtools.Mrc, Leadtools.ImageProcessing.Color, Leadtools.Pdf, Leadtools.Codecs.Png, Leadtools.Codecs.Jb2, Leadtools.Codecs.Fax, Leadtools.Codecs.Raw, Leadtools.Codecs.Tif, and Leadtools.Codecs.Cmp
Leadtools.Pdf.Annotations	Required to work with annotations.

PDF Runtime Files

To read PDF files you must follow the instructions outlined in the Distributing an Application Built Using the PDF Module section of Implementing PDF Features.

** Leadtools.Pdf.Utilities.dll is required only if the legacy PDF engine is used (that is, the UsePdfEngine property is set to true) or the PDFFile Class is being used to write annotations, split or merge PDFs, encrypt PDFs, or convert PDFs to PDFA.
