Parameters

image
Affected image

region
LEADTOOLS RasterRegion representing the line to be removed. It is the programmer's responsibility to dispose of this region when it is no longer needed.

startRow
The starting row of the line. The rows are zero-based.

startColumn
The starting column of the line. The columns are zero-based.

length
Length (in pixels) of the line.
