Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.DataAccessLayer Introduction (PACS)

The Leadtools.Medical.Workstation.DataAccessLayer assembly contains interfaces and classes which provide data access for some of the functionalities required by the Medical Workstation Viewer. The classes allow the Medical Workstation Viewer to store and load 3D volume and specific configuration information. Default implementation includes data access objects that support SQL Server (compatible with 2000, 2005 and 2008) and SQL CE 3.5 (SQL Server Compact Edition).

Key Features:

• Supports storing, querying and updating 3D volume information for a specific series into a configured data store (e.g. database)
• Allows sharing stored 3D volumes by one workstation viewer with other workstations connecting to the same data store
• Allows storing and sharing global configuration data between workstation viewers
• Built-in Data access objects that work with SQL Server (compatible with 2000, 2005 and 2008) and SQL CE 3.5 (SQL Server Compact Edition)
