move Method

Summary

Moves the object.

Syntax

JavaScript Syntax
AnnEditDesigner.prototype.move = function(offsetX, offsetY) 
TypeScript Syntax
move(offsetX: number, offsetY: number): void; // protected 

Parameters

offsetX

The horizontal offset to be used when moving the object.

offsetY

The vertical offset to be used when moving the object.

Remarks

This method is called when the user clicks and drags the AnnEditDesigner object itself. Derived classes may override this method and provide the necessary functionality to update the coordinates of the object being edited. The default implementation is as follows:

// Translate the target object 
this.targetObject.translate(offsetX, offsetY);
