0x00000008	BigEndian	Byte order is Big Endian.
0x00000010	ImplicitVR	The Value Representation is implicit.
0x00000020	ExplicitVR	The Value Representation is explicit.
0x00001000	AddMandatoryElementsOnly	Insert only the mandatory elements. All other elements will not be inserted. This flag can be added to any other valid combination of flags.
0x00002000	AddMandatoryModulesOnly	Insert only the mandatory modules. All other modules will not be inserted. This flag can be added to any other valid combination of flags.

Remarks

For Android/Java users: The constant members of this class are defined using all capital letters with underscores between words.
