IsKeyboardEnabled Property

Summary

Indicates whether the user can use the keyboard to select the active item in the current ViewLayout.

Syntax

C#
VB
C++
public bool IsKeyboardEnabled { get; set; }
Public Property IsKeyboardEnabled() As Boolean
   Get
   Set
public:
   property bool IsKeyboardEnabled
   {
      bool get()
      void set(bool value)
   }

Property Value

true if the user can use the keyboard to select the active item in the current ViewLayout, otherwise; false. Default value is true.

Remarks

If IsKeyboardEnabled is set to true, then pressing the arrow, page up/down, home and end keys will also update the ActiveItem. This works as a "grid" using the current ViewLayout. For example, if you press down, the item below the current active item (if any) will become the new active. If you press left, the item to the left of the current item will become the new active item and so on.
