When an ISCL connection is no longer needed, it should be closed. There are two options for closing an ISCL using the LDicomNet::CloseForced function. To request a disconnection, LDicomNet::CloseForced should be called with the bForced parameter set to FALSE. When doing this, it is a good idea to make sure the ISCL queue is empty by calling LDicomNet::IsISCLQueueEmpty To just kill the connection completely, call the LDicomNet::CloseForced function with the bForced parameter set to TRUE.
