Leadtools.Dicom.Annotations supports the legacy LEADTOOLS annotation format used prior to version v19. Use it to convert between the Leadtools.Annotations.AnnObject (the legacy LEADTOOLS annotation format) and the LEAD implementation of the DICOM annotation format, Leadtools.Dicom.DicomAnnotationObject.
