Initializes the automation handle.

Returns

SUCCESS	The function was successful.
< 1	An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

This function must be called before calling any other automation functions.

An automation handle is valid after calling LAutomation::Initialize and LAutomation::Create.
