Amount of stretching where:
Positive values: stretch the pixels toward the bitmap edges depending on the type of cylinder. Negative values: stretch the pixels toward the central line of the cylinder. The valid range is from -100 to 100.
A value that indicates the cylinder shape. Possible values are:
Value | Meaning |
---|---|
CYL_HORZ | [0x0000] Stretch the pixels along the vertical plane (horizontal cylinder). |
CYL_VERT | [0x0001] Stretch the pixels along the horizontal plane (vertical cylinder). |
Reserved for future use. Must be 0.

If the bitmap has a region, the effect will be applied only to the region.
This function supports 12 and 16-bit grayscale and 48 and 64-bit color images. Support for 12 and 16-bit grayscale and 48 and 64-bit color images is available only in the Document/Medical toolkits.
This function does not support signed data images. It returns the error code ERROR_SIGNED_DATA_NOT_SUPPORTED if a signed data image is passed to this function.
This function does not support 32-bit grayscale images. It returns the error code ERROR_GRAY32_UNSUPPORTED if a 32-bit grayscale image is passed to this function.
