Hi,
I need to abstract part of a avi file to create a new but shorter avi video, using Lead Media SDK. Can anybody help me on this?

Jim,
If you want to cut a portion of AVI video (or any supported video format), you can use SelectionStart and SelectionEnd properties of our Convert control, then start the conversion to save the target shorter video. If this is not what you are looking for, Please send me full details and information about your application's requirements.
