TIFF format?

Hi,

We use LTMM capture sample, we use also saving still image function.

When we use this function save format are three(JPEG/BMP/Lead format)
We want to know we can save still image PDF/PNG/GIF/TIFF format or not.
If we can, we need that formats license? or we cannot?

Please let me know about this issue.

Hello,

You can save any of these formats in one of two way:
1.) Still Image Writer filter
2.) Video Callback Filter

For PDF, you'd need to also purchase the Imaging Pro and Raster PDF Write module.

You can use the Still Image Writer to output directly from the capture control using the Still Image target format.

With the Callback filter, you can have the capture control writing out to a media file but continue to get still image captures. You control how the images are outputted directly.
