In our project we are currently using LeadTool Raster Imaging 14.5. This project was developed in Delphi 6 and we have converted it to Microsoft's C# in Visual Studio 2008. We are also upgrading to Windows 7 from XP, although not all developers are on Win 7 yet. Durring the switch from XP to 7 we have discovered that the LT 14.5 is not compatibale with Win 7. I've downloaded the EVAL version of LeadTool 17.5 Complete and have installed it. Note that before installing, I un-installed 14.5 to avoid any conflicts. Now to the question...

In 14.5 we had a reference to LEADLib. What does that equate to in 17.5?? Leadtools.dll??

Thanks for any help you can provide!!

When you're developing in C#.NET you would be referencing Leadtools.dll along with others depending on the features you need.

The common ones are:
Leadtools.dll
Leadtools.Codecs.dll ( File loading )
Leadtools.WinForms.dll ( Display )

You can read more about each of the dlls and what they contain in our documentation. This would be a good starting place though.

Since a lot has changed in that duration I would also recommend looking at our basic tutorial for loading and displaying an image.
