The ChangeTransferSyntax method changes the image encoding/compression of image(s) in a single file. All frames in a single DICOM file should have same properties for following tags with the exception of Pixel Data under the Icon Image Sequence (0088,0200), which is used for encoding thumbnail and is not effected by compression:

- Samples per Pixel (0028,0002)
- Photometric Interpretation (0028,0004)
- Bits Allocated (0028,0100)
- Bits Stored (0028,0101)
- High Bit (0028,0102)
- Pixel Representation (0028,0103)
- Planar Configuration (0028,0006)
- Rows (0028,0010),
- Columns (0028,0011)

We need to farther investigate your source image and how you are setting not to use “YUV” color space. Please, e-mail support@leadtools.com a sample source image (zipped) and a small project that can reproduce the problem. Also, mention this post in your e-mail to support.
