Do i have to have word installed? I tried some rtf to html conversions and they seem to lose some formatting during the conversion. So i uninstalled word and installed open office and wordperfect and made them my default rtf viewer at different times. But ePrint does not know what to do with those. Is Misrosoft Word my only option?

You can use any windows application that supports loading and printing RTF files to print your RTF files to LEADTOOLS ePrint printer. For example, you can use Microsoft WordPad application that ships with windows to open and print your RTF files.
If you have a problem with RTF files, please send me a sample RTF file that shows the problem and provide me with more details.

Thanks,
