Is there any method call could perform the drag and drop the image(thumbnail) in RasterThumbnailBrowser?
or how could I implement this?

There is an old demo source code that shows how to drag-drop from a list to the RasterImageViewer.
The example uses an old version of LEADTOOLS. However, the code itself should be similar with most of our .NET classes.
