Customers using our old ActiveX control may have used the Bitmap or Handle property in VB6 to create an IPictureDisp.  If you are upgrading to the COM Interop interface, it is still possible but you have to take advantage of the Windows COM function OleCreatePictureIndirect.  I've attached a vb6 example that shows how to convert a LEADTOOLS 16.5 COM Interop RasterImage object into an IPictureDisp object.
