Is there a way to get the results from the IOcrDocument.Pages.AutoPreprocess methods? I would like to be able to determine the deskew angle and rotation amount.

To get the deskew angle use the IOcrPage.GetDeskewAngle Method. About the rotation in the AutoPreProcess, it only checks if the view perspective of the loaded page is anything other than top-left and auto orient the page to top-left.
You can check image view perspective using the CodecsImageInfo.ViewPerspective Property.
