Attached is a small VC++ 2005 project that shows how to create and use a custom SPATIALFLT structure with the L_SpatialFilterBitmap. This is for versions 15 and 16, simply change the define at the top of stdafx.h to LTV15_CONFIG or LTV16_CONFIG.
