Hi I was wondering if it is possible to ocr text as small as these with any accuracy?

The OCR engine will not recognize the text in the bitmaps. The reason is not the size of the text, but the DPI of the BMP files themselves.

Both BMP files has a resolution of 72 DPI, this resolution is very low. If you managed to create BMP files with at least 200 DPI, our OCR engine should be able to recognize the text on them.
