Is there sample code showing how to explicitly reference the Lead Mpeg2 splitter/demux filter (LMMpgDmxP.dll)?

Also, what do we need to license it? We have a license for DVD and I believe we may have an additional license for the MPeg encoder. Does it come with either of these?
