Is it possible to use version 15 for web-based applications? I am looking to create an application allowing the user to view documents and modify annotations using a web page. All the examples I've seen for the web are using v14, so I'm wondering if web-based functionality is no longer supported.

You can still use v15 on the web.

These demos:

were created in v14.5 but you can do the same thing in v15.  The code changes for these demos shouldn't be too difficult.  Take a look in the .NET documentation's Version Changes section.
