Capturing a still whilst capturing continuous video input

I am trying to capture a still whilst capturing a continuous video that is being stored onto a hard drive. I had a look at the Capture demo but this only allows either capturing a still or a video and not both at the same time.
So the question I'm asking is, can LeadTools SDK do both at the same time...record a video to one file and take a still and save that still to another file without interupting the video?
