What is the best fileformat that i can use to convert into with the command line converter,  from dicom 3 RLE 16b 1640x1250 from lead, so that i can use it in windows.

Hello,

Most Windows applications do not support 16-bit grayscale images. If you want to convert to a format that can be viewed on any machine, use a general format such as PNG, JPEG or GIF (and some sub-types of TIFF). However, this will cause loss of gray levels in the image.
