I use LeadTools RasterImage Pro v14.5

Do you have Chrome Effect??

same photoshop filter..

Hello,

We don't have a Chrome effect, but you might be able to do something like it using the following LEADTOOL effect:
- Change the image to 8-bit grayscale.
- Use the LEADTOOLS Duotone effect and set it as shown in the attached image.
