LBitmap::EdgeDetectStatistical returns -1089

I am calling LBitmap::EdgeDetectStatistical and getting error -1089.  This is Raster class library 14.5.0.18 in C++.  It is occuring in a window displaying a bitmap from a scan, in LZW TIFF format.

This error code does not appear in my LEAD documentation...

This error is probably generated because the image processing DLL is not loaded.
Add the following code before calling this function:
LBase::LoadLibraries(LT_IMG);
