Attached VB 6.0 Demo illustrates how to create a DICOM file with MPEG2 compression.
You will need the Medical Imaging tool kit and the DICOM Write Filter to perform this functionality.

Attached is a C++ version of the above Demo. It is written in Visual Studio 6.0 C++ with MFC using LEAD's Multimedia version 15.
