There is a server holding  asf file , I want to use leadtools to broadcast it to many net clients.

If you are trying to stream a file, you need to set up either a Windows Media Server, or an IIS Server. If you use a Windows Media Server, you can use our H264 DMO encoder which was created for Windows Media Server. If you use an IIS Server, you can use any of our compressors. Keep in mind however that now all formats are streamable.
