Fernando,
When an image is printed in its real size, this means the resolution of
the image and resolution of the printer are both used to produce a
printout that contains the image in its original size.
For example, if you have an image with a real-life size of (1 inch X 1
inch), and you print it using the sample, it will be painted on paper
at that size (1 x 1 inch).
This also means it will be (2.54 cm X 2.54 cm), which is also its real-life size in centimeters.
In other words Real Image Size in Inches is the same thing as Real Image Size in ANY unit, including centimeters.
If you are trying to do something else related to units, please explain it a little more and we will try to help you.
