If you receive the following message when running the Download Manager, then you need to apply the hotfix below that matches your Windows Operating system.

Download Manager Update Message

Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2

If, after installing these hotfixes, the download manager is still not working, please contact us at Support@leadtools.com
