Our licensing structure is two-tiered. It'll be necessary to purchase a development license for each named developer who will be working on this particular project using the SDK. The cost of deployment licenses vary based on how you intend on distributing your application, whether it be to individual desktop computers or mobile devices, or accessible via a server, or used internally in your organization.
