The attached is a modified version of our HTML5 Annotation demo JS file.
The idea is that you create an instance of the object you plan to change for example, AnnRectangleThumbStyle for the resize boxes.
Then change the properties for example the box size and filling.
Then loop through the objects renderers and set the new settings.
The function that is added to do this in the attached file is UpdateLocationsThumb().
