The attached C# project shows how to draw a region on a RasterImage, and copy the contents of that region to another RasterImage. The region could be a freehand, Rectangle or Ellipse.

The project uses our .NET classes of LEADTOOLS v18.

Note that you might need to change the path of the image.

I have updated this project to work with LEADTOOLS v19 using VS 2015.

I've added the ability to open and save images using the Windows file dialog.
