hi my question is next, with this scanner when i don't show the provider software the leadtools component not scan but when yes, this scan the document. is possible in some scaners is needed show the provider software for this works or is a isuee of the component with this type of scanner.

Hello,

What is the exact LEADTOOLS version (v14, v14.5 v15, etc.) that you use?
And what is the programming interface (COM, COX, .Net, API, etc.) that you use?

Can you please send me a code snippet that shows the exact LEADTOOLS functions that you use to scan from your scanner?

i use leadtools v15 trial, attach a txt with the code. my intention is none interface to the final user
_twainSession.Acquire(TwainUserInterfaceFlags.none) but not work..

Hello,

I checked your code with different scanners and the problem is not active.

The problem on your machine might be related to the scanner that you use.

To narrow down the problem possibilities, I need you to test the same issue by using the standard Twain test utility from the Twain Working Group. This program is called Twacker and you can get it from here: http://www.twain.org/devfiles/twack.zip

Just run the Twacker application and try the following:
- Select (check) the menu "File-->Disable after Acquire".
- Uncheck the menu "File-->ShowUI".
- Select the menu "File-->Select Source", and then select your scanner driver from the list ("WIA-hp scanjet 7400").
- Select the menu "File -->Acquire". Do you face any problem?

Please let me know how it goes.

I found the problem in my app I have a timer process and in the code of timer i have this instruction "application.doevents" i remove this and working fine thanks for you help..
