DicomGraphicLayer Class

The DicomGraphicLayer class is used by the methods DicomDataSet.CreateLayer to create a layer, and by DicomDataSet.GetLayerInformation and DicomDataSet.SetLayerInformation to get and set the attributes that describe a DICOM graphic layer.
