Remarks

The AnnHotspotObjectRenderer is the default renderer for the following objects:

AnnObject.HotspotObjectId

Leadtools.Annotations.Core.AnnRenderingEngine creates a new instance of this class and stores it in the AnnRenderingEngine.Renderers dictionary for each of the listed object ids.
