The AnnUserMode Enumeration supports WPF/Silverlight.

The AnnUserMode Enumeration is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Specifies the user mode for all objects in this container. Design mode is for creating objects; run mode is for viewing them. Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7
