Remarks
Leadtools.Dicom.DicomNet.SendAssociateReject is sent by the SCP in response to a Leadtools.Dicom.DicomNet.SendAssociateRequest call placed by an SCU. It generates a call to Leadtools.Dicom.DicomNet.OnReceiveAssociateReject on the SCU.
