Gets the length of the specified annotation object's text (character string).
This function is available in the Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Comments
Before calling this function, you must declare a variable of data type L_UINT. Then, pass the address of the variable in the puLen parameter. This function will update the variable with the length of the annotation object's text.
When hObject is of type ANNOBJECT_RTF, *puLen is updated with the length of the object's unformatted text. To get the length of the formatted text, see L_AnnGetTextRTF.
