 A zero-based index of the cell that contains the sub-cell being tested to check if it is flipped.  |

 nSubCellIndex  | 
 A zero-based index into the image list attached to the cell specified in nCellIndex. This sub-cell contains the image that is being tested to see if it is flipped. Pass -2 to retrieve the flipped status of the image in the selected sub-cell.  |

 Reserved for future use. Pass 0.  |
