      codecs.ThrowExceptionsOnInvalidImages = True

      Dim leadImage As RasterImage = codecs.Load("C:\Program Files\LEAD Technologies\LEADTOOLS 15\Images\Master.jpg")

      ' Prepare the command
      Dim command As AverageCommand = New AverageCommand
      ' Average with a neighborhood of 3x3 pixels
