Remarks

Updates the CurrentElement property to the first key element child of the key element specified in the CurrentElement property.

This method requires that the DICOM Dir Data Set is evaluated as a tree structure.

The child is the offspring one level lower than the specified key element. If the specified key element has no child key elements, the CurrentElement property will be set to NULL. For example:
