The easy to use LEADTOOLS high level Medical Viewer also offers various action tools comparable to high-end radiology work stations for measurement (such as ruler, protractor, region statistics), region creation and adjustment (magic wand, nudge tool, shrink tool, etc), annotation (text label, arrow, rectangle, ellipse, etc), magnify glass, zoom, and pan. 3D Volume manipulation can also be achieved with the LEADTOOLS Medical Viewer through tools such as the Pan Camera, Pan Object, Rotate Object, Scale Object, Zoom Camera, Alpha, and Cut Plane tools.

In addition, the all inclusive capture and convert to PACS (PrintToPACS) utility is capable of capturing data from screens (screen capture), scanners, digital cameras/media (TWAIN\WIA). This output can then be print (virtual printer driver) associated with patient/study information on a PACS (i.e. using a DICOM query service) or IS ( i.e. using a DICOM Worklist Service), and stored to a PACS archive for safe keeping.  This powerful utility is provided with the PACS framework with sample source code so you can easily integrate it with your applications.  This PrintToPACS utility is ideal for incorporating legacy non digital and non-DICOM applications and devices into a fully digital system, which eliminates the need for costly replacement of legacy systems and devices.
