Streams a series images and information from a WCF Leadtools.Dicom.WCF.DICOMService and initialize the MedicalViewer control.

Remarks

This class implements the abstract methods for the Leadtools.Web.Services.ServiceStreamer`2 class to asynchronously stream the requested series images and update the MedicalViewer control.

When streaming images the MedicalWebViewerLoader will use the low-memory usage feature of the MedicalViewer control which allows images for cells that are not visible to be unloaded from memory and then re-loaded when they are once again visible. The MedicalWebViewerLoader will store the images and information in the user cache for fast retrieval in future requests.
