This is a static class, so it does not need to be created.

This class is internally calling the DSKERNEL2.DLL ILMDSKernel2 interface. So you can either call the methods in this class or use the ILMDSKernel2 interface directly.

A typical use is to call UnlockModule when the application starts and LockModules at before the application exits.
